3DBear's team is growing again! We've welcomed an experienced sales professional, Tatja Kekarainen, who has started as 3DBear's new Sales Director. Tatja joining the team reflects our company's growth phase — we want to be an even stronger partner for teachers and educational institutions, listening to everyday needs and building solutions that free up time for what matters most in education: learning and genuine connection.
Tatja has a diverse background in B2B sales. She has previously worked at Call Waves Solutions and Posti, among others, where she developed sales from multiple perspectives. Through these experiences, she has become familiar with the entire sales process. In the summer of 2025, Tatja completed her MBA with a major in strategic management — and 3DBear felt like a natural next step.
"I want to stand behind the things I sell. 3DBear's learning materials feel genuinely meaningful — they make teachers' everyday work easier and support learning in a way that aligns with my own values," says Tatja.
In her new role, Tatja focuses on building a more structured and bold sales culture — one built on collaboration and continuous dialogue with customers.
"We have absolutely amazing customers — teachers and education professionals who do work with enormous societal impact. It's inspiring to hear their experiences and develop solutions that support their work and learners' well-being," says Tatja.
Tatja combines drive, a sense of humor, and warmth that makes collaborating with her effortless. She describes herself as outgoing, fair, and a fan of sarcastic humor — and says she laughs often and gladly, including at herself.
"Tatja has a rare combination of business acumen and genuine interest in developing education. She brings us the expertise we need as 3DBear grows into an even stronger partner for educational institutions," says CEO Jussi Kajala.
When Tatja isn't advancing sales development, she spends time with her family, enjoys the outdoors, and draws energy from exercise. After a break of several years, regular gym training has also made a comeback in her routine.
